What do you do when you pass by your grocery stores and check through the meat section when you see boerewors? Take a pass right? Yes. Me too, I used to think that there was no way I was ever going to make that at home, like how would I even prepare them, how would they taste, what would I serve them with? But one day I decided to satisfy my curiosity by trying and I loved it everyone loved them. I grilled them in the oven before finishing them in the double-sided pan.
The beauty about making these is that it’s quite versatile you can have them as a breakfast meal or dinner depending on what you feel like. Or what you have as accompaniment. When you give this recipe a try I assure you when you get to the meats section it would be the first item you pick on your shopping cart.
