My love for this drink was spiked by a team-building event while at the coast in one of the coastal hotels. Everyone was ordering all manner of drinks and the barman just told me to try this drink and you will like it, and true to his words, I did.
I redid my homemade version and I loved it. The secret to this drink is some good pineapple juice and coconut milk. The rest you can play with the ingredients. Especially the type of alcohol you want to use.
Pinacolada Drink
A Piña Colada is a classic tropical cocktail that originated in Puerto Rico. Note
The Malibu coconut rum enhances the pinacolada flavor but any rum can do. Serve chilled, perfect summer drink.
