Bread Waffle

Bread waffle

Dear fellow foodie, do you ever look at your waffle pan and ask your self why is it collecting all that dust as it sits pretty on your cupoboard  waiting for the next time you will remember to make actual waffles, yet you could put it into good use without making a whole mess inthe kitchen through making waffles..i thought about this several times and hence my call to make this recipe.Every Sunday i try to make unique things for my family as its the only day that i have free time on my hands to create fancy meals for them, its actually the day i bring out my chefing mojo out .I was going for a regular french toasted bread because its been a while ever since i made those and then i thought of how great that would be if i made a bread waffle instead. With very simple ingredients available on my pantry and i believe yours too, i whipped up a simple thin batter that i coated the bread with so that i could use it on the waffle machine. The results were priceless, the waffle pattern also made it interesting for the children to enjoy the bread, because my eldest is a picky bread eater, so this was just a way to lure him into eating bread, so geer up and lets make some bread waffle and  i guarantee you will love it like i did.
